How to Ride
Follow these steps to get started
Begin by opening the NUGG Mobility App to view available bikes and scooters in your area. To proceed, you’ll be prompted to enter your designated area code.
Next, proceed to a nearby bike or scooter and scan the QR code to unlock your ride
Start riding! Don't forget to wear your helmet and to stick to the designated mobility lanes.
If you need to make a brief stop, you can stay connected to your ride by selecting the “Pause” option within the app.
When your ride is complete, please return the bike or scooter to the original location or any designated NUGG parking area. All approved parking zones can be easily viewed within the NUGG Mobility App.
When you're done, be sure to park in the designated NUGG end-of-ride (home) zone.
