How do I start a ride?
Download the NUGG Mobility App, locate a nearby bike or scooter on the map, and scan the QR code to unlock your ride. Make sure your location services and Bluetooth are enabled for a smooth experience.

Where can I park when I'm done?
Please return your bike or scooter to the original pick-up spot or any designated NUGG parking zone. Approved parking areas are clearly marked in the app to ensure easy and responsible drop-offs.

What areas do you currently serve?
We currently operate throughout the DMV (D.C., Maryland, and Virginia) region. Check the app for a full list of active service zones.

Is there a pause feature if I need to stop briefly?
Yes! You can tap the “Pause” button in the app to temporarily hold your ride while making a quick stop. Your vehicle will remain reserved until you're ready to continue.

What are the requirements to ride a NUGG bike or scooter?
Riders must be at least 18 years old and have a valid government-issued ID. Helmets are strongly recommended for safety. By using our services, riders agree to follow all local traffic laws and safety guidelines
