Welcome to Nugg Mobility! By accessing or using our services, you ("User," "You," or "Your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "Nugg Mobility" refers to Nugg Mobility LLC, including its affiliates, employees, and agents.

  • "Services" encompass the rental and use of electric scooters, bicycles, and related equipment provided by Nugg Mobility.

  • "User" denotes any individual who rents or uses Nugg Mobility's Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • Possess a valid government-issued ID.

  • Have a valid credit or debit card.

  • Be capable of operating the equipment safely.

3. Rental Terms

  • Rental Period: Begins when you unlock the scooter/bike and ends upon proper return.

  • Fees: Charges are based on time of use, as specified in the Nugg Mobility app or website.

  • Payment: All rentals require pre-authorization of payment via the Nugg Mobility app or website.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Safety: Always wear a helmet and adhere to all local traffic laws.

  • Use: Operate the equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

  • Return: Ensure the equipment is returned to an authorized Nugg Mobility docking station or designated area.

  • Condition: Report any issues or damages immediately through the Nugg Mobility app.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Operate the equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Allow unauthorized individuals to use the equipment.

  • Use the equipment for racing, stunts, or any illegal activities.

  • Remove or tamper with any equipment components.

6. Liability and Indemnity

  • Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that using electric scooters/bikes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nugg Mobility from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services.

7. Damage and Theft

  • Liability: You are responsible for any damage to or theft of the equipment during your rental period.

  • Charges: In the event of damage or theft, you may be charged up to the full replacement cost of the equipment.

8. Privacy and Data Use

  • Data Collection: By using our Services, you consent to the collection of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • Usage: Your data may be used to improve our Services, process payments, and communicate with you about your rentals.

9. Termination

Nugg Mobility reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of this Agreement or other policies.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Nugg Mobility operates.

11. Amendments

Nugg Mobility may modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the Nugg Mobility app or website.
